2.1 RUSAI LIMITED provides consultancy services only. These include CV writing, application coaching, document preparation guidance, and interview preparation.

2.2 We are NOT a recruitment agency licensed by the National Industrial Training Authority (NITA). We do not source jobs, issue work permits, process visas, or guarantee employment.

2.3 All job applications are made by the client directly to foreign employers through official channels. RUSAI LIMITED acts only as an advisor.

3.1 You confirm that all information and documents you provide are true and accurate.

3.2 You understand that final hiring decisions rest solely with foreign employers and embassies.

3.3 You will not hold RUSAI LIMITED liable for visa denials, job rejections, or delays by third parties.

4.1 All service fees are listed on our Services page and are payable in advance via bank transfer or as arranged during consultation.

4.2 Fees cover consultancy services only. RUSAI LIMITED does NOT collect placement fees, visa fees, or flight payments. Per EU/UAE law, legitimate employers cover recruitment costs.

4.3 Fees are non-refundable once service has commenced, except where required by Kenyan law.

5.1 We do not guarantee job placement, visa approval, or specific salary outcomes.

5.2 Job market conditions, employer requirements, and immigration laws can change without notice.

6.1 RUSAI LIMITED shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from use of our services, including but not limited to loss of opportunity, financial loss, or visa rejection.

6.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services.
